State Champions! Class B Boys Basketball

Congratulations to the Central McLean Cougars on their 2026 State Championship win! Your hard work, determination, and teamwork brought this incredible achievement home, and our communities could not be more proud.

Street Improvement Updates

Crews from Keller Paving will be arriving any day as work begins on Turtle Lake’s Street Improvement Project. Residents will start seeing new equipment and vehicles in town as the project gets underway.

The first phase of work will focus on concrete repairs, including curbs and gutters throughout the project area.

Keller Paving’s construction crews are fully aware of Turtle Days and have assured the City that their work will not interfere with any of the upcoming festivities.

Thank you all for your patience and cooperation as we begin this major community improvement effort. We will continue sharing updates as the project progresses.

Turtle Days 2026

Turtle Days is Turtle Lake’s signature summer celebration, bringing together families, friends, and visitors for a weekend full of community pride and small‑town fun. Held July 10–12 in 2026, the festival features classic favorites like the parade, street dances, games, food vendors, and activities for all ages.

City-wide Rummage Sale

Get ready for a great weekend of treasure‑hunting! Turtle Lake and Underwood will be hosting their City‑Wide Rummage Sales on June 26 and 27. Residents are invited to participate, and shoppers can look forward to two full days of bargains, household finds, antiques, kids’ items, and more across both communities.
